Property must be vacant and have no personal belongings, house wares or furniture to be considered a move in/out clean.  Squeaky Clean by Lindsey can provide clean out services (where personal items have been left behind) for evictions, skips and move outs for an extra charge.  Squeaky Clean by Lindsey does not provide large haul trash removal from a property.  For these types of services, Squeaky Clean by Lindsey works with a vendor that can be suggested.  Please let us know and we can give you their information.
